About the Role

As a TurboTax Live Seasonal Local Service Associate, you’ll work on-site at one of our TurboTax locations across the United States. You’ll provide expert tax preparation and advisory services, both in-person and virtually, using Intuit TurboTax products. Your role will be crucial in helping clients tackle everything from simple W2 filings to complex business income scenarios.

In this position, you’ll not only assist clients with their tax needs but also build long-term relationships and drive customer loyalty within your community. TurboTax will equip you with the tools and support you need to succeed!

• Provide Tax Expertise : Offer hands-on tax advice and preparation services, ensuring clients maximize their refunds and minimize liabilities.
