We are an outpatient Rehabilitation Facility that specializes in Physical and Occupational Therapy. We are seeking a full time experienced Physical Therapy Assistant to join our highly skilled team of therapists and staff.

Responsibilities :
- Screen and Evaluate patients to assess therapy needs
- Provide therapy (develop / modify treatment plans) and re-evaluations as needed
- Complete initial evaluation for all newly-referred patients, making recommendations as appropriate
- Develop treatment plan as required in the areas of physical therapy
- Provide training to PTA's or other staff involved in providing therapy and assure completion of therapy services
- Complete and / or review required documentation of therapy services
- Participate in professional meetings as assigned
Qualifications :
- Graduated from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
- Active license in the state of Florida
- Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgement
- Current BLS / CPR card
