Job Title : Dental Hygienist

Location : Chandler, AZ

Schedule : Monday - Friday | 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the dentist and dental staff to deliver exceptional patient care, focusing on preventive treatments and patient education. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and professionalism in a team-based setting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform oral hygiene treatments and patient education in accordance with state dental hygiene regulations.
• Operate Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) equipment as needed.
• Remove calculus, stains, and plaque from above and below the gum line.
• Apply fluoride treatments and protective sealants.
• Review and update patient medical and dental histories accurately.
• Provide counseling on nutrition and oral hygiene practices to prevent oral disease.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA , OSHA , and infection control protocols.
• Monitor and maintain dental instruments, supplies, and inventory.
• Support daily office operations and contribute to team goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the clinical team.
