Need to be available for 2nd and / or 3rd shifts including weekends and holidays.

Monday to Friday and / or day shift positions are not available.

Security Officer Minimum Requirements :

• Must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for an Illinois PERC Security Officer License.
• Must be able to walk on uneven terrain and walk up / down flights of stairs. Position is about 75% to 80% standing / walking.
• Position can be up to 75% to 80% of the time outside.
• Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record needed. This is a driving position. (All our positions include driver certification).
• Have reliable transportation (Public transportation not available at most work site locations).
• Have reliable working communication device (cell phone).
• Minimum of a High School Diploma, GED, or willing to complete a GED program.
• Average computer skills needed, above average computer skills a plus.
• Have legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus.
• Able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
• Maintain great diligence and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Respond to emergencies with rapid effective judgment and use proper de-escalation.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a PLUS!!!
