Superintendent – Manufacturing : Cold storage, Pulp& Paper o F&B, Advance Manufacturing

Lead the field execution of complex, industrial and advanced manufacturing projects from ground up to commissioning.

Drive safety, quality, and schedule while coordinating all trades and delivering facilities that power the world’s digital infrastructure.

What You’ll Do :

– Oversee daily site operations, subcontractor performance, and field logistics.

– Partner with project leadership to execute Light Industrial and Advanced Manufacturing builds on time and on budget.

What We’re Looking For :

– Proven superintendent experience on large-scale industrial or data center projects.

– Deep knowledge of MEP coordination, structural sequencing, and commissioning.

Core Build Scope : Sitework, foundations, steel erection, tilt wall, MEP coordination, industrial refrigeration, process piping, equipment installation, QA / QC, commissioning, turnover.
