Overview
The Support Products & Services (SP&S) team is looking for a solutions-oriented and customer-obsessed ADSP Support Specialist to help advertisers troubleshoot and unblock self-service display, video, and audio campaign issues within the Amazon Demand Side Platform (ADSP). You will respond to advertisers’ contacts across topics such as campaign setup, creative moderation, performance, delivery, reporting, ad tags and trackers, and general campaign or account questions, using SOPs and your foundational digital advertising knowledge.
A successful ADSP Support Specialist will have a track record of interacting with global clients (chat & email) and a foundational understanding of digital advertising. You will demonstrate strong communication skills, articulating troubleshooting steps to advertisers and agencies. While SOPs and blurbs can guide troubleshooting, you will also leverage available resources and your digital advertising knowledge to help advertisers resolve issues. You will earn trust by diving deep when an issue is unclear, display curiosity, and develop deep expertise in ADSP products, recognizing when escalation to leads or managers is needed.
Day-to-day expectations include handling escalations, providing onboarding and feature explanations, offering industry best-practices, and collaborating with program partners to improve products and processes.
