Position Summary
Assists with all functions associated with the Central Billing office. Processes unpaid accounts by contacting insurance payers. Goes above and beyond to be sure all accounts are worked and helps management with training and department process improvement.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Education : High School Diploma or equivalent. Completion of business office courses desirable.
Minimum Experience : Minimum one (1) year experience in medical office orclerical background. Demonstrated skills in working with computers. Knowledge of collection practices with insurance payers. Knowledgeof governmental, legal, and regulatory provisions related to collection activity.
