Now Hiring : Registered Nurses (RN) - Correctional Clinic

Location : Lambertville, NJ

Pay Range : $42 / hr - $60 / hr

Weekend and shift differentials apply - see breakdown below!

Full-Time Schedules (40 hrs / week) :

• Day Shift : 6 : 45 AM - 3 : 00 PM
• Evening Shift : 2 : 45 PM - 11 : 00 PM
• Night Shift : 10 : 45 PM - 7 : 00 AM

RN Pay Breakdown :

Weekday Base Rate : $42 / hr

Weekend Day Shift : $55 / hr

Evening Shift : $52 / hr

Weekend Evening Shift : $60 / hr

Night Shift : $50 / hr

Weekend Night Shift : $58 / hr

⚠ Important Requirements :

This correctional clinic functions like a mini ER / Urgent Care. All RNs must be :

IV certified

Able to start and manage IVs independently

Skilled in triage and wound care

Able to think critically and work autonomously in high-pressure situations

Not Accepted :

New grads or nurses with experience limited to Psych, Nursing Homes, or School Nursing

Required Clinical Background :

Must have hands-on experience in ICU, CCU, ER, Telemetry, or Med-Surg (with IV and wound care)

Additional Requirements :

Active NJ or Compact State RN License (in good standing)

Minimum 1 year of RN experience

Must pass 10-panel drug screening and fingerprint background check

Hands-on CPR Certification (No online-only courses accepted)
