Job Description

A reputable engineering firm is seeking a Senior Water / Wastewater Project Engineer to join their growing team in Columbus! This is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities :

Collect / review data, perform calculations, prepare contract documents to assist with the design
Assist project team on preliminary / final design documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D / Revit
Assist with preparation of preliminary engineering design reports / studies
Work on design projects involving treatment process and hydraulic analysis, equipment selection and layout for either water or wastewater treatment facilities
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations

Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or other relevant field

5+ years of experience

PE License preferred or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire

Water / wastewater treatment experience preferred

Experience with processing modeling software preferred

Familiarity with federal and state environmental rules and regulations

Salary is commensurate with experience.
