Key Responsibilities :

Provide consulting services related to Human Capital Management

Assist in implementing and optimizing HCM solutions for clients

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met

Required Qualifications :

Experience in Human Capital Management consulting

Knowledge of HCM software and tools

Ability to work in a remote environment

Project management experience

Relevant certifications in HCM or related fields are preferred
