This position is for a Per Diem Registered Nurse specializing in Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center. The nurse is responsible for patient care before surgery, during surgery, post-operative recovery, and patient education and discharge. The role requires a valid Oregon RN license, certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS, and at least one year of nursing experience.

Surgical Services includes : Short Stay, OR, PACU, Endoscopy, Pre-Admit, and Sterile Processing. Our diverse team gets patients ready for surgery, is present in the OR with the patient while they have surgery, recovers them from surgery, and then educates and discharges patients home after surgery. We have the pleasure of caring for patients that have chosen to come to the hospital for surgery and it is rewarding to see how quickly we can make a positive impact on a patient's life.
