About the Role :

As Director, you'll lead a team of educators, support the development of young learners, and ensure your center runs smoothly and successfully every day. From mentoring teachers to connecting with families and managing operations, you'll play a key role in creating a high-quality, engaging learning environment.

Your Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the center
• Train, support, and inspire teaching staff
• Ensure full compliance with ECE licensing and quality standards
• Monitor classroom effectiveness and student progress
• Build strong relationships with parents and the local community
• Drive enrollment growth and manage center budget
