Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Locum CT Surgeon to join our dynamic medical team. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a challenging, fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform CT surgeries with precision and care, ensuring patient safety and comfort at all times.
  • Provide comprehensive pre‑operative and post‑operative care, including patient consultations, follow‑ups, and management of any complications.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including anesthesiologists, radiologists, nurses, and other surgeons.
  • Participate in patient rounds, meetings, and case reviews, contributing expertise and insights to improve patient outcomes.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in CT surgery, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge through professional development.
  • Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations related to patient care and surgery.
  • Document all patient interactions, surgical procedures, and outcomes accurately and timely in the patient’s medical record.
  • Provide compassionate care to patients and their families, addressing concerns and questions, and ensuring satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Medical Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in CT Surgery.
  • Exceptional surgical skills and solid understanding of CT surgical procedures and protocols.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to explain complex medical information to patients and families in a clear and compassionate manner.
  • Strong team player capable of collaborating effectively with a diverse health‑care team.
  • Proven commitment to patient safety and satisfaction, with a track record of high‑quality surgical care.
  • Ability to handle a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment with flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical records and other health‑care IT systems.
