Position Summary

We’re seeking a driven Sales Representative to grow our impound service partnerships. This role focuses on building long-term relationships with property managers, apartment complexes, HOAs, and commercial clients who require reliable towing and impound support.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and contact potential property management companies, apartment complexes, and businesses that need impound or parking enforcement services.

Present TowForLess’s impound solutions, compliance benefits, and service agreements in a clear and professional manner.

Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and contract renewals.

Manage and expand assigned territories by developing new client leads.

Work closely with dispatch and operations teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.

Track sales activities, contracts, and client information accurately in company systems.

Qualifications

Previous sales experience (preferred in towing, property management, or service industry).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.

Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Basic computer skills (CRM, email, Word / Excel).
