Position Type : Full-Time Shifts Available (including rotating weekends) : Evenings 3 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM Nights (NOC) 11 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM Wage Range : $23.75 - $27.86 / hour depending on experience Shift Differential : Evenings : $1.00 / hour Nights (NOC) $2.00 / hour Location : 12120 Co Road 103, Oxford, Florida 34484 Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities : Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff. Coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care for assisted living and memory care residents. Administer medications and / or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness / response. Manage medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures. Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software (ResiDex). Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary. Monitor nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications : Must have a current Florida LPN license and be in good standing. Experience in Assisted Living preferred. Knowledge of FL assisted living AHCA regulations. Must have strong communication and organizational skills. Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
