Job Summary
The Senior Systems Engineer has the ability and experience to handle design and implementation of firewall security, Local / Wide Area Networks, and Storage Solutions. The Senior Systems Engineer exhibits a high level of technical knowledge and is able to apply that to customer's technical issues and problems. The Senior Systems Engineer must also have basic business acumen to understand the client's business and align IT with their business goals. This position will assist other technical staff members in resolving issues or developing technical solutions for company's customers and to effectively research and design technical solutions for customer opportunities. The Senior Systems Engineer position designs, installs and supports IT solutions for clients, maintains client uptime and improves their computing experiences through effective monitoring, maintenance and problem identification and resolution activities. The Senior Systems Engineer will be expected to maintain Turnkey Computer Systems, Inc.'s positive reputation with existing clients through exceptional service delivery. Provide onsite and remote desktop support to our clients who have critical response time requirements for their business technology systems. You will multi-task to support a variety of network and end-user environments with executives, business owners, managers, and end users. You must demonstrate superior communication skills to respond to diverse clients with urgent needs while recognizing they are looking for solutions, not technical explanations. You will also perform service and preventative maintenance activities on products, and assists in installations and deliveries. Oversight and management of all managed services provided by Turnkey is critical to this position. Other projects may be assigned.

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, an individual is regularly required to talk and hear. The person must occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds.
