Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Cardiac Electrophysiology (Inpatient / Outpatient) Locum to work in Bloomington, Illinois, anticipated start by 10 / 15 / 2025, as soon as credentialed.The role of Cardiac Electrophysiology Locum : Duties : clinic, ambulatory procedures, and inpatient call coverage. Open for Locums and Locums with an intention to become permanent. Coverage needs : 15 shifts per month. 24-hr call. Support needed for the cardiac surgery and structural heart programCare / Cases include : Perform diagnostic and interventional EP procedures, including but not limited to : Insertion, revision, replacement, and removal of cardiac pacemakers or cardioverter / defibrillatorsConversion of cardiac rhythmMeasurement of cardiac rhythm (percutaneous approach)Cardiac ablation proceduresWatchman device implantationLoop recorder implantation and removalConsult on patients admitted under hospitalist and ICU services.Participate in multidisciplinary care for cardiac surgery and structural heart patients. Requirements of Cardiac Electrophysiology Locum : State license; active, unrestricted.DEA. ACLS.
