Position Overview :

Pespisa Company is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC technician with a strong background in residential installations to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, testing, and commissioning HVAC systems in single-family homes, townhouses, and small multi-unit dwellings. This role demands technical proficiency, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent service to our residential clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential properties, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and thermostats.
• Perform start-ups and system testing to ensure proper performance and functionality.
• Perform annual maintenance services to ensure the system's reliability, efficiency, and safety.
• Diagnose issues and complete repairs as needed during installations or service calls.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners to explain system operation and answer questions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and high-quality installations.
• Maintain tools, inventory, and company vehicle in a clean and organized manner.
• Complete all job-related paperwork, digital records, and customer documentation accurately.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential HVAC installation.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools used in HVAC installations.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in tight spaces or varying weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check.

Hours : Monday-Friday

With On-Call Requirement : Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergencies and weekends.

Compensation :

$30 - $50 an hour - Full Time
