Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Lead Dental Assistant who thrives in a high-performing, patient-first environment.

This position is ideal for someone who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and takes pride in organization, efficiency, and leadership.

You’ll work directly alongside the dentist and play a key role in keeping our clinical systems running smoothly — while training and supporting the team to deliver consistent, five-star experiences.

Responsibilities

Assist chairside for crowns, fillings, implants, endodontics, and general dentistry

Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to the Comprehensive Standard

Manage inventory, supplies, and back-office organization

Support sedation and surgical procedures with precision and professionalism

Ensure patient comfort, safety, and confidence throughout treatment

Communicate clearly and efficiently with both patients and team members

Participate in weekly team meetings and quality reviews

Help train and mentor team members in both clinical and service excellence

Qualifications

✅ Minimum 2 years of chairside dental assisting experience

✅ Skilled in endo, crowns, fillings, and implants

✅ Knowledge of digital systems and modern dental workflows

✅ Excellent organization and time management skills

✅ Positive, professional demeanor and communication style

✅ Current Utah radiology and CPR certifications required

Compensation & Benefits

$25–$27 per hour , based on experience

Guaranteed raise after 90 days

401(k) and PTO starting December

Full-time schedule, Monday–Thursday (no weekends)
