• Adhere to, support and promote St. Francis Health Services’ Mission and Core Values, philosophy, goals and objectives while conducting company business.
• Complete the care center’s accounting functions under the supervision of the Controller II and follow direction provided by the corporate VP of Finance (VPF) and the Controller II pertinent to the care center’s accounting functions providing feedback as necessary.
• Keep confidential all matters pertaining to your position and agree not to disclose resident’s protected health information and promptly report suspected or known violations of such disclosure to the Administrator (ADM).
• Accounts Payable : Process accounts payable in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Payroll : Review general ledger payroll reports for accuracy and reconcile G / L accounts pertinent to employee benefits with HR to assure accurate employee deductions.
• Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) : Process revenue cycle in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Fixed Assets : Maintain an accurate depreciation schedule in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• General Ledger (G / L) : Prepare financial statements and statistical reports in accordance with company policies and procedures including use of the EAS.
• Maintains resident’s trust account in accordance with State of MN regulations
