Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a national sales training strategy for Interventional Solutions
Create and maintain engaging content for product launches and strategic initiatives
Define and monitor metrics to assess training effectiveness and support performance improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 5 years' experience in medical device or healthcare sales
Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales training, enablement, or leadership roles
Strong understanding of the medical device regulatory landscape and healthcare sales cycles
Proficiency in LMS platforms, CRM systems, and SharePoint
