Position Overview :

We’re seeking a Bilingual Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative (Canadian French-English) to join our new Lexington, KY office. This hybrid position bridges customer support and sales coordination—helping dealerships across North America (including French-speaking regions of Canada) navigate their marketing and co-op programs with confidence.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for both English and French-speaking clients.
  • Provide friendly, professional support via phone, email, and video calls.
  • Support the sales team with scheduling, proposals, and follow-ups.
  • Track leads and help manage our CRM system.
  • Follow up with potential clients via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for management.
  • Help coordinate sales events, meetings, and trade shows.
  • Guide clients through co-op documentation and claim submissions.
  • Troubleshoot account or campaign issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Gather feedback from clients to improve service and communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activity, and client status updates.

Qualifications :

  • Fluent in both Canadian French and English (written and verbal) — required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with patience and problem-solving ability.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic familiarity with Google Workspace and CRM tools
