Creative Financial Staffing (CFS) has partnered with a mission-driven nonprofit organization to identify a Vice President of Finance . This leader will oversee financial operations and partner with executives to drive fiscal strategy.

Highlights of the Opportunity :

Base salary $150-175k with comprehensive benefits

Hybrid schedule : 2-3 days per week onsite in Providence, RI

Strategic partner to the executive team with strong visibility

Responsibilities :

Oversee accounting, budgeting, reporting, and financial planning functions

Ensure compliance with GAAP and nonprofit regulatory requirements

Lead financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making

Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering professional growth

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)

10+ years of progressive financial leadership, with nonprofit experience strongly preferred

Proven ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and audits

Strong leadership and communication skills
