Overview Visual Merchandiser & Data Entry Specialist at Atlanta Hawks. This hybrid role is part of the Retail & Merchandising team and focuses on executing compelling in-store and in-arena visual displays while maintaining accurate merchandise data, inventory records, and sales analytics.

Key Responsibilities Visual Merchandising : Design, plan, and implement seasonal and game-day visual merchandising strategies across team stores and kiosks; ensure displays align with brand guidelines and marketing campaigns; maintain cleanliness and aesthetic standards; collaborate with marketing and game operations to align visuals with promotions and fan events.

Data Entry & Inventory Management : Enter and maintain accurate product data (SKU setup, descriptions, pricing); track inventory counts and product movement using inventory software; generate regular reports on sales trends, stock levels, and merchandise performance; assist with purchase order tracking and vendor communications; support periodic physical inventory audits and reconciliation.

Qualifications 4-8 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail operations, or related field.

Strong eye for visual composition, color theory, and design.

Proficiency in data entry and inventory software (Excel, POS / inventory platforms).

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment including nights, weekends, and game days.

Passion for sports, fashion, and fan culture is a plus.

Preferred Skills Experience in sports retail or working with a professional team is highly desirable.

Portfolio of visual merchandising skills and familiarity with plannograms.

Basic understanding of retail analytics and consumer behavior.

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop / InDesign) is a bonus.

Working Conditions On-site role with regular in-person presence at arena and retail locations.

Occasional lifting / moving of merchandise up to 30 lbs.

Flexibility to work NBA game nights, weekends, and special events.
