Spot On Veterinary is looking for a Veterinary Receptionist (Client Services Representative) to join our incredible team at our state-of-the-art 16,000 sq ft facility located on the border of Old Greenwich and Stamford .

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming clients and patients in person, by phone, and email Scheduling appointments and managing daily workflow Triaging medical questions and communicating with the veterinary team Managing check-ins, checkouts, and billing with accuracy Assisting with client communications, marketing, and general administrative support Keeping our front desk organized, polished, and client-ready What We’re Looking For: Veterinary reception or animal care experience preferred A strong communicator who is calm, clear, and compassionate Comfortable working in a high-energy environment with a positive attitude Excellent multitasking and time management skills A team player who is organized, dependable, and client-focused Inside Spot On Veterinary: A full-service veterinary hospital offering preventative, urgent, and specialty care A luxury overnight care space with suites, TVs, cozy beds, and daycare access A full-service spa and grooming center Advanced care offerings including rehabilitation, physical therapy, acupuncture , and more How to Apply: If this sounds like a great match for your skills and personality, we’d love to hear from you!
