The Permanente Medical Group, Inc . is actively seeking an Electrophysiologist for our Santa Rosa medical facility who is a team player, interested in joining a close-knit department to work in a truly integrated cardiac center and multi-disciplinary collaborative environment.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Completion of an accredited Electrophysiology Fellowship program
• Board Certification or Eligibility
• Must be eligible to obtain a California medical license or be currently licensedto practice within California

Full-time annual salary range is $440,040 to $465,000 plus additional potential incentives up to $67,540
