Job Description
Macdonald & Company has partnered with a growing private industrial development platform to appoint a Senior Asset Manager to lead leasing strategy, asset performance, and value creation across a regional portfolio of Class A industrial assets in Metro Atlanta and the Southeast.
This is a strategic, ownership-facing role responsible for driving occupancy, underwriting lease economics, executing renewals & expansion deals, and working closely with JV / LP partners to optimize asset returns.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead leasing strategy, tenant negotiations, renewals, expansions and backfilling of vacancy
- Oversee third-party leasing brokers - drive performance, accountability and market intel
- Perform financial analysis, proformas and hold / sell scenario modelling
- Track asset-level KPIs, rent roll health and capital planning priorities
- Support business plans, reporting packs and presentations to partners / investors
- Partner with property management and development teams ensuring lease execution
- Identify value-add / repositioning / tenant mix opportunities within the portfolio
