Job description$17 – $25 per hour (DOE) Process and prepare shipments using UPS and FedEx software Create shipping labels, packing slips, and related documentation Track shipments and resolve shipping issues Perform general administrative duties (data entry, filing, reporting) Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures Previous experience in a Shipping / Admin or similar role preferred Strong computer skills and ability to learn systems quickly Working knowledge of UPS and FedEx shipping software Good organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and work independently Reliable attendance and punctuality Interview required Location : Camarillo, CA 93012 Full-time opportunity with potential overtime Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Insurance $0 copay for unlimited Teladoc virtual visits Employee Assistance Program (medical, financial, or legal support) Coverage available for spouse, domestic partner, and children Pet insurance available Resources for parents with children of developmental disabilities Valid identification that proves your right to work in the United States As a condition of employment, you may be required to pass a drug screen and background check.
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping / Admin professional to join our team in Camarillo, CA (93012). This position plays a key role in daily shipping operations while providing administrative support to ensure smooth warehouse and office coordination.
The Shipping / Admin role is responsible for processing outbound shipments, managing shipping documentation, and supporting administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is computer literate, organized, and experienced with major shipping platforms.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM
- Occasional overtime may be required
