Customer Service Representative
LEWCO, Inc. is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support its Sales Department. This full-time role involves data entry, handling customer inquiries, and facilitating sales processes within a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer quote requests via email and phone
- Enter customer RFQ's into company ERP system
- Focus on providing customer value and exemplary customer service
- Develop basic understanding of company products and their applications
- Schedule meetings and assist with logistics (e.g. video conferences, room bookings, lobby welcome-board & check-in system, set-up / clean up and catering / refreshments)
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
- Anticipate needs and handle challenges efficiently
- Other duties as assigned

The following education and experience are required to successfully perform the duties of this position :
High School Diploma requiredAssociate or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred3-5 years of experience in a related roleMathematical Skills :
Fundamental understanding of profitability metrics and cost-based accountingAbility to apply basic mathematical concepts, including algebra and geometryComputer Skills :
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Ability to quickly learn and effectively use ERP and CRM systemsMust possess sufficient skill to navigate and perform tasks within the company's ERP and CRM platformsLewco, Inc. offers :
