This role will be responsible for researching and providing accurate, timely and professional responses to complex regulatory and / or litigation-related requests and demands with a particular focus on employment-related claims and class actions, e-discovery, legal research and writing, fact and data gathering, and advising and responding to prioritized court orders and / or regulatory inquiries. This role will also assist with data oversight, analytics, and risk mitigation to help ensure the firm meets necessary legal and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct timely, thorough, and professional information gathering, including witness interviews, analysis, and legal research to respond to regulatory and litigation-related demands and inquiries
• Analyze orders and requests received from various interested parties (courts, attorneys, regulatory agencies, and authorized individuals) to assess risk, and determine appropriate response to same
• Provide clear, concise, and professional responses to regulatory and litigation-related requests / demands, including assistance with the collection and production of records related to same
• Utilize e-Discovery technology and assist with the enhancement of standard procedures and training related to advancing the firm's electronic discovery and litigation-related support capabilities
• Conduct interviews, gather information and collaborate cross-functionally in a manner consistent with the firm's culture, values, policies and procedures
• Assist with ensuring that outgoing discovery productions are made pursuant to legal and regulatory standards and specifications, including through oversight of records collected by others
• Negotiate discovery requests and propose and implement alternative action when appropriate to resolve disputes
• Analyze data and provide information and suggestions to leaders and partners (e.g., Legal - Litigation, Legal- Regulatory, and others) based on discovery issues, volumes, and trends to assist the firm in preventing reoccurrences of issues or related escalations in the future
• Assist in the onboarding and mentorship of others regarding responding to regulatory and litigation-related discovery requests, including leading functional teams on specific projects as requested
• Contribute to discussions and decisions on new technology and process improvements related to electronic discovery
