For the past six decades, The FESCO Group has become is a top international manufacturer of consumer electronics with over 3,000 products and 15 leading brands... including Car & Driver, Perry Ellis, Bella Ciao, Epilady, ChargeWorx and Coby Audio. We are now looking to aggressively build up our eCommerce business, Social Media reach, and B2B Beauty Category sales.

Reporting to our Senior Management Team & CEO, our new VP of Digital Marketing will develop, implement and oversee our long-term digital marketing strategy and short-term advertising initiatives. This role requires enhancing brand / product awareness, driving traffic to the company's website (including stand-alone, DTC brand websites), daily management of social media channels and generating eCommerce and B2B sales.

This position is a fully on-site role, at our East Williamsburgh / Brooklyn, NY office. Additionally, we do not have the budget for relocation candidates to our area, nor sponsor any necessary work visas.

Primary Responsibilities

• Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary methods and instruments (e.g. brand websites, Amazon tools, PPC, emails, social media (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google / YouTube), SEO Optimization, Google Analytics, podcasts, vlogs, blogs etc...)
• Create a unique social strategy (paid / organic) across all digital platforms with the goal of driving meaningful social media engagement, increasing brand and product awareness, and generating significant audience growth
• Will drive creative strategy and lead the team in developing edgy and creative content that embodies our brands voice, storylines, value and overall aesthetic
• Develop monthly content calendars inclusive of all key product launches, culturally relevant moments, and branded content series (all platforms)
• Propose real-time content based on social media trends and relevant trending conversations
• Continuously improve content concepts by analyzing performance metrics (KPIs), evaluating ROI, assessing competitors’ social and digital landscape, and embracing the latest features across various digital platforms
• Optimize the user experience on the company's websites and assisting with the landing page creation
• Researching and tracking consumer purchase behavior
• Build a function and a team
