Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and driven Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our growing personal injury team. This attorney will handle cases from intake through settlement, focusing on building strong cases, maximizing client recovery, and ensuring exceptional client service throughout the pre-litigation process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters in the pre-litigation stage, including auto accidents, slip and falls, and other injury claims.
• Conduct client meetings and maintain regular, clear communication with clients to keep them informed and engaged.
• Investigate and develop cases by gathering evidence, reviewing medical records, and working with medical providers and experts as needed.
• Draft and submit demand packages to insurance companies.
• Negotiate settlements to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Provide guidance and direction to case managers and support staff to ensure cases progress efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case documentation in the firm’s case management system.
• Prepare cases for litigation if necessary, including summarizing files and coordinating with the litigation team.
