Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in homes and community settings
Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills
Follow treatment plans crafted by experienced BCBAs
Collect accurate behavioral data to track progress
Work closely with families and clinical teams to ensure quality care
Holder of a high school diploma or equivalent
Passionate about supporting children with autism
Patient, reliable, and eager to learn
Willing to complete a 40-hour RBT course (unpaid)
Committed to a minimum 6-month work period
