Job Description

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join a Rehabilitation Hospital in Boise, Idaho. This is a full-time, contract position with the potential to extend beyond the initial 13+ weeks.

Schedule : Full-time, Day Shift, MondayFriday

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide patient counseling to ensure safe and effective medication use
  • Perform order verification and medication review

Pharmacy Software :

Cerner & Pyxis experience preferred

Qualifications :

  • Active Idaho Pharmacist license (required)
  • Prior hospital pharmacy experience preferred
  • Must be able to work onsite
