About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of People to spearhead the development and execution of a global people and culture strategy that is in line with the business's rapid expansion and growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of talent management, including acquisition, development, and retention, with a strong emphasis on scalable, diverse, and inclusive hiring practices. This role also involves designing and implementing total rewards programs, compensation structures, and performance management frameworks, as well as driving leadership development and succession planning. The VP of People will serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, leveraging people analytics to measure engagement, productivity, and impact, and championing inclusion and belonging across the organization.
The ideal candidate for this role at the company will have 10-15+ years of progressive HR or people leadership experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a VP or equivalent position. A proven track record in scaling organizations through hypergrowth, particularly in tech, AI, or SaaS, is essential. The role requires a professional with a strong background in global HR operations, total rewards, talent management, and leadership development, who is data-driven, strategic, and capable of driving impact in fast-paced, high-change environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, along with a pragmatic, collaborative approach, are also key attributes for the role.
