Compensation & Schedule

• Starting at $90,000 + 10% performance bonus
• Mon–Thu : 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM; Fri : 9 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM
• W2, Full-Time, Direct Hire
• Start date : ASAP

ROLE IMPACT

This position plays a critical role in supporting legal operations for a high-growth real estate investment firm. As the subject matter expert on leases, titles, and surveys, you’ll ensure transaction readiness and compliance by spotting potential roadblocks and facilitating smooth closings. Success is defined by accuracy, efficiency, and confident cross-functional collaboration in a fast-moving environment.
