Key Responsibilities
Drive pipeline generation and revenue attainment by managing a partnerships revenue quota
Recruit, onboard, and enable partners to create joint business plans focused on revenue growth
Lead co-selling efforts with partners and internal sales teams, ensuring effective collaboration and deal acceleration
Qualifications & Experience
Must be based in the U.S. East Coast to support EMEA sales teams
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
5-8 years of partner management, channel sales, or business development experience in a B2B SaaS environment
Proven track record of meeting revenue quotas through partner-sourced pipeline
Strong understanding of indirect sales models and partner recruitment
