A company is looking for a Treasury Analyst who will be part of the treasury team supporting US Finance.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with credit facility agreements, partnerships, and tax equity agreements
Manage cash flow reporting, including budget versus actual comparisons and maintain SOX documentation
Prepare quarterly financial covenant calculations and various Treasury reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience
3 - 5 years of experience in a treasury or finance-related role
Preferred knowledge or experience with SAP
Ability to understand and summarize financing contracts
Experience with various computer software applications, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
