Job Description

• Create Tailored Therapy Plans : Assess patients' needs and design individualized treatment strategies aimed at helping them meet their functional objectives
• Implement Evidence-Based Practices : Use research-backed interventions to boost patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and everyday living activities
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams : Work collaboratively with other OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive and holistic patient care
