Logistics Process Analyst

As a Logistics Process Analyst, you'll play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely freight payments while driving process improvements that enhance efficiency across our supply chain. You'll collaborate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, streamline workflows, and champion innovation in logistics operations.
What You'll Do :
- Review and validate freight invoices for accuracy and compliance with contracts.
- Process freight and accessorial invoices through internal systems, ensuring timely payment.
- Reconcile invoices against shipment records and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Communicate with carriers and vendors to address and resolve billing issues.
- Partner with internal teams to improve invoice processing procedures.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For :
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).Quick learner with the ability to grasp complex concepts and apply knowledge effectively.Experience with SAP, OTM, CASS, or other freight audit and payment systems is a plus.Requirements :
Experience in freight audit, logistics bill payment, transportation operations, or related logistics functions.A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, logistics, or another relevant discipline.Pay : The pay range for this position is $58,700 to $86,280. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.Bonus : This position is bonus eligible.Long-Term Incentive (LTI) : This position is LTI eligible.Benefits : Unilever employees are eligible to participate in our benefits plan.
