Job descriptionOversee plumbing operations and ensure compliance with all codes and safety standards. Lead, manage, and support plumbing teams within the region. Coordinate projects, scheduling, and daily workflow. Ensure top-quality service and customer satisfaction. Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations. Must hold a valid plumbing license . Ability to pass a drug test . Strong leadership and communication skills. Prior management , sales or supervisory experience preferred. Competitive salary (to be discussed during interview). Paid holidays. Vacation time and PTO.
