• Minimum Starting Pay : $261,248 annually, exempt
• Sign On Bonus : $75,000 (Three year) $35,000 (two year)
• Relocation : $15,000 (individual) $20,000 (family)
• Retention : % Annual (Inquire about this!)
• Performance Bonus : $75,000 annually, paid out quarterly at $18,750.
• Pediatrician will be providing medical care to an Indian population of all ages and backgrounds.
