Key Responsibilities :
- Evaluate patients' respiratory conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Administer respiratory therapy treatments, including oxygen therapy, nebulizer treatments, and mechanical ventilation.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on respiratory health and proper use of equipment.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
Skills and Qualifications :
