This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic.

$0.81-$0.85 per mile

Shuttle work : $0.71-$0.78 per mile

Stop pay : $40 per stop

Detention pay : $15 per hour after 2 hours per hour

New hire training period : $240 per day. Lasts an average of 1-2 weeks per day

Safety training pay : $20 per hour

Holiday pay : $326 per day

Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of $88,000

In addition to the number of activities performed, factors which may affect annualized earnings include training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment @type and number of days worked each week. This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance, as applicable.
