Description

The Assistant Coach will support the Head Coach and provide guidance to the players' academic and athletic experience. They assist the head coach in the management of Singles matches within the program and the management of the athletic curriculum and program development.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Coach, coordinate, and assist the Head Coach in managing matches within the program.
• Adhere to policies established in The Lawrenceville School Coaches Handbook.
• Attend scheduled practices, athletic contests, and assists with game management.
• Attend professional conferences and required institutional meetings (when applicable).
• Commit to continued professional growth through a plan of professional development.
• Stay current in and expand knowledge of coaching techniques.
