What You'll Do :

  • Create Masterpieces : Use the latest spray equipment and proven techniques to inspect, prepare, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces.
  • Dazzle Customers : Work at automotive dealerships, rental agencies, and auto auctions to deliver everything from simple touch-ups to repairing paint damage.

    What You Need :

  • Auto Painting Experience : 1-2 years preferred.
  • Vision Abilities : Close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
  • Communication Skills : Interact with customers and build accounts.
  • Manual Dexterity : Perform repetitive-motion tasks with precision.
  • Work Ethic : Self-motivation and independence.
  • Grit : Work outside in all kinds of weather.
  • Physical Stamina : Kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 pounds.
  • Valid Driver's License : A good driving record is a must.

    The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

    The starting compensation is expected to be : $50,000-$150,000 / year
