Material Quote Specialist

A company is looking for a Material Quote Specialist who will develop accurate and competitive material quotes for new bid proposals in the aerospace and defense industries.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and quote materials using customer data inputs, including Bills of Materials and design specifications

Review customer drawings and organize data packages for Requests for Proposals

Coordinate with suppliers to secure pricing and delivery lead times, ensuring quote accuracy

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

3+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or electronics component distribution

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Experience in reading and understanding Bills of Materials and technical drawings

Experience with quoting software is preferred
