Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and / or light commercial HVAC systems.

Perform system installations, replacements, and preventative maintenance.

Build value with customers by clearly explaining issues and presenting good / better / best repair or replacement options .

Identify opportunities to improve comfort, efficiency, and indoor air quality, and present those solutions to homeowners.

Ensure work meets local codes, safety standards, and company quality guidelines.

Operate and maintain a company vehicle, tools, and equipment.

Accurately document services performed, parts used, and customer recommendations.

Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and integrity.

Participate in ongoing technical and sales training.

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of HVAC service / installation experience .

Proven sales or customer service experience (ability to present and close options with homeowners).

EPA certification required (Type II or Universal preferred).

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and best practices.

Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.

Ability to educate customers and build trust while offering solutions.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
