Outpatient Admissions Coordinator – Whittier Rehab Outpatient Department
Exemption Status : Non-Exempt
Hiring Range : $20.32 – $32.87 (final offer may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations)
Schedule Details : Monday through Friday
Scheduled Hours : 8 : 30am – 5 : 00pm
Shift : Day Shift, 8 Hours (United States of America)

Responsibilities
I. Performs a variety of complex administrative duties for patients in need of routine and / or urgent appointments, medical procedures, tests, and associated ancillary services in an ambulatory in / outpatient setting. Assesses patients’ needs, including but not limited to financial counseling, interpreter services, social services, and refers to appropriate person or area. Alerts providers to emergent patient care needs.
