The Launch Strategy Manager will lead the development and execution of commercial processes, ensuring the successful transition of strategic initiatives from planning to implementation. This pivotal role focuses on supporting both internal and external projects, aimed at achieving optimal commercial outcomes.

By fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams and utilizing data-driven insights, you will effectively execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies that enhance financial performance, operational excellence, and customer experience.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, results-driven, and possesses strong leadership and collaboration skills, ready to navigate a complex, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Excellence in Strategic Initiative Execution : Lead and optimize high-impact strategic initiatives, including product launches and market entry strategies. Collaborate with sales and product leadership to define objectives and track success through key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Commercial Process Development : Develop and maintain standardized processes and workflows to ensure high-quality execution and efficiency across initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Serve as a liaison among departments to guarantee cohesive implementation of strategic initiatives. Work closely with leadership to equip sales teams with necessary tools and strategies.
  • Trend Monitoring and Adaptation : Stay ahead of industry trends, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Customer and Business Development Support : Engage in business development initiatives and partner with customer teams to integrate new offerings.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting : Utilize reporting tools to evaluate the success of initiatives and provide insightful data-driven recommendations.

Experience and Educational Requirements :

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field is required, along with relevant experience.
  • A minimum of five years in sales, marketing, or similar roles in Animal Health, particularly in product launches or managing initiatives.
  • Experience in managing substantial change and improvement initiatives.

  • Independent judgment and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of business principles and processes.
